Monday - Volley for the Cure Day - wear pink
Tuesday - Support your Favorite Sports Team Day - wear a sports team shirt or jersey
Wednesday - Duck Dynasty Day - wear camo or hick attire
Thursday - Hippie Day - dress like a hippie
Friday - Purple Day - go crazy with purple (pep assembly!)

Boys Basketball: Open gym in the Axillary Gym on Thursday, 9/26 from 2:45 - 3:45.



PSAT: Juniors, remember to sign up for the PSAT test in the guidance office. The cost is $15.00 and needs to be paid on or before Friday, October 11. Please make check payable to LHS. The test will be held on Wed., October 16, during periods 1-5.

ACT - Saturday 9/21/13
Students taking the ACT this Saturday are reminded to take your admission ticket, 2-#2 pencils, an approved calculator and a photo ID. If you don't have a photo ID, see Mrs. Tootle in the guidance office for an identification letter.


There will be an Audition Workshop for the fall play on Tuesday, Set. 17 and Wednesday, Sept. 18 in room 316 from 3-5 pm. Anyone who wants help preparing for their fall pay audition is welcome to attend.



There will be a meeting for anyone who played softball last year and is interested in individual instruction, and is not in a fall sport. The meeting will be in room 257 Tuesday, 9/17 right after school.


Top 10 Homecoming Queen Candidates. Pictures will be this Wed., Sept. 18th at 1:00. Please dress nicely.


Attention College Bound Seniors and your parents: This Thursday, 9/19 from 6-8 pm, Ohio University/Lancaster will be hosting a college fair. Over 100 colleges will be in attendance. Attending a college fair gives you and your parents a chance to talk directly to the colleges you are considering.

Boys Basketball: There will be open gym today, Thursday 9/5/13 from 2:45-4:00.


Students - Catch Football Friday Night Fever by purchasing your game ticket during lunch on Friday for only $5.00. All students who buy a ticket will have their name put into a drawing for a free ticket to be used at a home sporting event of their choice. A winner will be drawn from each grade level. Tickets will only be sold on Friday in the Athletic Office.


Reminder: Parking Permits need to be purchased if you drive to school. Assigned spaces will be enforced after fair week.

Freshman Class - Any Freshman who is interested in running for Student Council or Class Officer, please pick up a petition form in the main office.
Forms need to be turned in to Ms. Corby in room 246 by this Thursday, 9/5/13.


All Logan High School Students: Class ring orders will be taken Tuesday, September 17th during lunch periods and after school from 4-7 PM in the cafeteria. Balfour ring packets are available in the Athletic Office. A $75.00 deposit is required at order time. All balances to be paid at delivery.
