Student Forms:
Yellow Emergency Medical Forms -- return to 1st Period Teacher by this Friday, August 20th.
School Lunch Forms -- return to Food Service Office in Principal's Office
Medication at School Forms -- If medicine taken at school, complete Prescription (pink) or Over the Counter (yellow) and return with medication to Mrs. Kennard in the Health Clinic.
Lockers:
If you have issues or problems with your locker, stop in the Principal's Office to report the problem.
Bus Passes
Due to overcrowding on Busses, bus passes are not being provided for LHS students by order of Transportation Director.
Girls Cross Country
If interested in joining team, see Coach Dietz in Rm. 141 by Friday, August 20th.
ACT
Next test date is October 23rd. Application deadline is September 17th. Apply on-line at www.actstudent.org
Thespian Meeting
Wednesday, September 1st in Rm. 316 from 2:35-3:00pm. All Thespians should attend -- contact Mrs. Riggs for questions.
Parking Permits
On sale in cafeteria next week during lunch periods for $20 or in Main Office -- see Mrs. McGonagle to purchase your permit. Need your driver's license.

Wrestlers not in a Fall Sport, weight training open after school with Coach Straus Monday thru Thursday until 4pm.
