ACT Prep Course
Mrs. Osburn and Mrs. Burns will be conducting an eight session ACT Prep Course after school in LHS Library 2:30-4:30 on September 20, 22, 27, 29, October 4, 6, 11, 13. Applications available in Guidance Office and Library.
Next ACT test date is October 23rd. Registration deadline is September 17th. Apply on-line at www.actstudent.org
Thespian Meeting
Meeting for all Thespians is Wednesday, September 1st in Rm. 316 @ 2:35pm.
Parking Permits
On sale in Main Office for $20 -- see Mrs. McGonagle to purchase your permit. Need your driver's license for permit.
Student Council/Class Officers
Petitions/Applications for running for Student Council and/or Class Officer are available in Principal's Office. Completed Applications need to be turned into Mrs. Corby in Rm. 246 by Friday, August 27th. Elections will take place on Tuesday, August 31st in English Classes.
School Dismissal
Reminder for students who drive -- remember to be careful when exiting the student parking lot. Be a courteous and safe driver. Unsafe driving can result in loss of parking privileges.

Meeting with Mr. Frasure on Tuesday, August 31st after AM announcements in Office Conference Room.
Student Conduct at Football Games/Athletic Events
Reminder to student body that proper conduct is expected at Athletic Events. At football games, students should stay away from the opponents sideline and bleacher seating.
Hunter Safety Education Course
August 30, 31, September 1, 8, and 9 at Izaak Walton Clubhouse 6:30-9:30pm.
